​Graduating from the local Hotel and Catering school in his native Italy, Vincenzo Perez has worked his way across the world from his humble beginnings up to the position of Executive Chef in five stars hotels and resorts in Italy, Switzerland, France, Lebanon, Portugal, Singapore, Qatar, United Arab Emirates. 

This long and diversified career had brought Vincenzo, more recently, to take the role of Corporate Executive Chef in large projects like The Pearl Qatar and Q-Gourmet in the U.A.E. where he was the man behind the development and the launching of some of the most exciting restaurant concepts.
